Simple Steps to remain physically active

Being physically active is very important.

Here are some simple tips how you can remain physically active even while working or being at home:

  1. Stand for some time in between while working on computer
  2. Do some cleaning job at home or clean your office desk
  3. Do some cooking or help spouse in doing so
  4. Involve yourself in some household chores like utensil cleaning, laundry and so on.
  5. Take a small Walk. Walking is very useful in keeping you active.
  6. Dance if you love that, sing if you love that. Of course, you cannot do it in your office but at home or in a cabin.
  7. Listen to music while walking. You may even go for a short running in between while doing so.
  8. Do some light exercises such as stretching your arms et cetera.
  9. Walk while on call
  10. Cycling for some time in the morning or evening is easy and effective
  11. Avoid lift and take stairs at times
  12. Clean your car for a change
